“Ilaya Thalapathi” Vijay has made a name for himself doing remakes of Telugu hits. Interestingly one of his Tamil films is ready to be dubbed in Telugu for the Andhra audience.

Vijay-Trisha starrer 'Kuruvi' will hit the screens in Andhra Pradesh soon. The Telugu version has been titled 'Dopidi'. The Telugu rights have been acquired by popular distributor B Satyanarayana.

"I am entering into production for the first time. The film 'Kuruvi' directed by Dharani will be an ideal launch pad for my production house" says Satyanarayana.

Satyanarayana is banking on three persons apart from Vijay. They are Trisha, Suman and Malavika, who are very popular in Tollywood.
